Global Replica never returned my calls or emails

We bought a SS/gold GMII for our son. In 20 days the watch bezel insert popped loose, and our son could not find it. I called eight different times, and emailed them six times.
They never responded. We ended up buying a replacement from the Watch Prince having to pay 32.00 for it, and paying a jewler to put it on.
By all rights, they should have responded and repaired the watch. Now, the watch has a rattle, but it's still running.
I tried to contact them again, but I'm not holding my breath waiting for a response. These people were supposed to be very reputable, but they are definitely not
