Global Replica SCAM - Wrong watch and no refund

They sent me the wrong Swiss Rolex watch, repeated to hang up and disconnect my calls. I don't even think it's swiss and it's a mens watch. Asked for a complete refund - they want to charge me a $600.00 handling fee and refund me 265.00 that they say is in the mail. I will never see my 926.00 or my watch. They starting asking me why I was getting upset and did I want to buy7 a pen? That the heck.. this guys are ruthless.
They also made me pay COD - I can't believe I was ripped like that -
