After filling out the order and Amer. Exp. info as per the website, I received a phone call from Joe saying I had to pay with a Post Office Money order. He offered a "better deal" for more money. The pkg. came with a handwritten phony company name. I refused the COD pkg, luckily, and then saw other testimonies of the same kind of bait and switch from "Joe". Even the fed. ex delivery man said to me that this looks like a scam. He reccomended that I not accept the COD package and to return it. I lucked out.
